What makes Christianity tick is the subversion of every decent impulse a human bean would ordinarily have. Jesus just said "be nice". Nothing to write home about. But what the Romans saw was a religion that promised the impossible...the best thing the people they were systematically grinding into dust could wish for...I mean what would it be? What else but to live forever,,,never have to work for any master again...sing and play music on a cloud and most important of all..the meek get to run things while the people who opressed them on earth...most of whom couldn´t even get in...would be on the bottom for a delicious change.

That´s okay and appealing and everything...of course. But the killer, literally...the thing that made it tick and boom abd bomb right along was that it asked this little itty bitty "thing" of its followers...nothing really...nothing more than damning their souls to hell at the get go...just like Faust did with his "great deal"...just agree that it was okay to kill an innocent young man...for YOU...and then eat his body and drink his blood at least once a week..."symbolically" of course...and heaven was yours.

It was a religion that appealed to the absolutely desperate...made so by the same fucking Romans who killed Jesus..then brough the world his "message". And just to buy that without a qualm shows you how much swiss cheese is left in most Christian heads. Christian "intellectuals" my arse!

What this does is pre-dispose the followers of this bargain-hunting religion to commit any and all murders and other heinous acts for the same reason..."There is a GOODY" at the end of it for them.

That´s Christianity in a nutshell...forget the goodness and kindness and helping old ladies cross the street. Are you trying to tell me that in Nineveh and Babylon priests and teachers and parents were telling their children to cheat, lie, steal, screw the neighbor´s wife...commit murder and rape? If anything that multi-cultured society had figured out to live side by side and co-exist with all sorts of people because they RESPECTED each other and their differences. Judaism was the barbarous hornswaggle...and Christianity is every bit as bloodthirsty and dangerous to human sanity.
