No sooner did I point out that things have been strangely quiet at aina when ALL hell broke loose...with the usual nothing getting nowhere..you have to read the string of hissy fits to appreciate...these are the same denominations who fight at soccer games..who cheer one priest over another as if it was a soccer match as well..I mean their religion.

They are yelling for rights and demands and protection from the SAME people who just finished trampling the rights of millions of people and occupying their lands illegally and stealing their treasures...and why? Why do they ask THESE people for help? Are these people particularly fond of Assyrians? Do these people even KNOW Assyrians exist..do these people care once they find out? ARE these people Assyrians that they should take an especial interest in the plight of Assyrians? Did the boys REALLY believe they would get some special stroking and care from the very people who trampled babies and rights all over the place? Why are they expecting help from THESE people???

because. They are Christians. That about settles the question of what the boys are REALLY about. They`ve done all this..all this "we are Assyrian" bullshit to try to shore up their importance, so they won`t be JUST another Christian sect of which there are a dizzying array not all the Roman emperors were able to kill off. They want everything they ask for based on their RELIGIOUS affiliation and it surprises them no end when no one gives a shit...no Christians that is...guess who`s been protecting BetNahrain and its treasures all this time? Right...the MUSLIM Assyrians.
