Hello everybody,
Below is a link to the OFFICIAL web site of the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA). This link posts the OFFICIAL text of the Arabic version of the Iraqi Fundamental Law. As you see in Article 30 Point C, there is no such thing as "jama'aat" as claimed by the Assyrian Student and Youth Union in their article or by Sargon Dadesho and other members of Bet-Nahrain all the time on AssyriaSat.

...there is such thing as Assyrians who don`t follow Ashur either...can you conceive of Christians who refuse to follow Christ? Being Assyrian back then meant much more than being any nationality does today...at its core every city/state and empire had its gods...front and center. You can`t replace a belief in Assyrian religion which, as even you boys claim for Christianity...is the CENTRAL guiding principle for those who would follow the their god...in THEIR name...Christians follow Christ...Assyrians follow Ashur...you liar.

Whereas there are some points that we can improve upon in this temporary constitution and whereas one has the right to express his/her point of view about this issue, twisting the facts and saying things that do not exist is very disturbing. This word "jama'aat" DOES NOT EXIST, period.
Please check for yourselves.
