Let's start a colony in French Guinea

What do you all think about encouraging all Chaldo-Assyrian refugees to obtain French Citizenship and settle in French Guinea, which is a French Department? The population is 186,000 people. Even if only 30,000 Chaldo-Assyrians moved there, they would constitue 14% the population. The reason I thought of French Guienea is that our people would be entitled to French subsidies and welfare as French Citizens. So, there would be social nets for them. Just a crazy idea, what do you all think?
