what does it matter where I slap them at...what matters is that they take it...and run. Assyrians???

I would also like to add that before Arameans can be taken seriously they not only have to stop their attacks against the Assyrians which is like shooting themselves in the foot and apearing foolish they also should start repecting their own idenity. This may be hard to do because other than the Aramaic langaue the Arameans are not known for any other accomplishement. That is why they claim to Be Arameans at the same time they call themselvs Arabs. They hope that by calling themselves Arabs they can glorify themselves. Arameans and Arabs are not the same people regardless of how much one can philosohise about this subject.

When a people identify themselves by another identity they have in reality abandoned their previous one.

...I just HAD to isloate this...let it stand as it is...I think everyone knows my reaction by now.

Most of the original natives of Mesopotamia who identify themselves as Arameans are former Assryians who were fooled by their clergies to call themselves Arameans.

If they abandoned their Assyrian identity to call themselvs Aramean then they can not be depended on not to do it againg. You might say that hey are not sure about what their real nationality is.

...this one is also charming...no wonder they cave in at the slightest push..they´re made of much...I would say you can´t depend on Assyrians who turn Christian or anything else..cause they might do it again..as they did when they turned again to Muhammad and then to all the dizzying Christian sects who came hunting "converts" to Christianity...among CHRISTIANS! You can trust an Assyrian though.
