they were the ones who didnīt ask any questions...like why the laws were being changed...why gypsies and queers were disappearing and what were these "camps" they talked of when they returned...neither did they want to know what was happening to their neighbors..as long as it wasnīt happening to them...but in the end of course it DID happen to them...invading Russian and American armies fucked mothers grandmothers girls boys and children...and levelled and ruined their Christian homes and ruined their economy and then divided the country in two and "rebuilt" it. Germany never had an enemy greater than itīs own Chancellor. Our boys donīt ask questions either...the American press kept those photos of Iraq and hospital wards and battlefields away from the people...so the people could more easily plead ignorance...but it wonīt do. Didnīt save the Germans...wonīt save anybody else. At Nuremburg we settled the issue ofĻ"I was told to do it" as an excuse to explain your compliance with Crimes Against Humanity. Thatīs what the war on Iraq was...nothing less. This is only the beginning...this is how it starts...now you know what Berlin was like...in that city too Queers were out in the open 1936 and the avant-garde was having its heyday...and all the while, in back rooms and think tanks the mechanisms by which their holiday would be brought to an abrupt end were being perfected. It will be worse this time...it will have to be. --------------------- |
