+++ By the way (btw) and on a very first impression - i.e. without any further analysis/profiling:
those very pics that pseudo-tiglath posted weren't very convincing:
the facial characteristics - especially eye zone - are not so much mesopotamian, but rather balkan: kosovo, serbia, albania etc.

plus: the colour of hair vs. scalp? the body language? face expression? the physical shape of the rapists? style of penis erection? conditions of the raped woman's body? etc. etc.
too much questions...

gang bangers over there have really built up an extremely ugly "industry" for producing such pics and videos: either satged/faked or "snuff" : true raping and killing in front of cameras.
