I´´d like to remind our Christians that when they chastise Islam for it´s Dark Ages mentality...they should remember that Islam is 700 years younger than Christianity...and if you subtract 700 years from Christianity´´s "enlightened" reign...which included 1000 years which in Europe were called the Dark Ages...then you´´d be back in the Christian year of 1304...and I believe at that time Christians were burning their own people at the stake and lopping off digits and blinding people...their own children included...while that was just at the time of the Mongol Invasion...which the Muslims eventually put down...saving Vienna and who knows what else of Europe...and a time when Islamic culture was the most refined the world had seen...thanks largely to their good sense in adopting our own cultures of Bet Nahrain...while we ran after the Jews.
