shushan found this site...you can get the address from her post at beth...it is an incredible piece of yelllow journalism and sensation mongering...this is no joke with these people..they really twist things around to direct as much violence as they can at Iraqis...those two women who want to set the record straight need to be joined by hundreds more...this is nothing short of the same hysteria the church used against Jews for centuries till it found the right "monster" to put it into effect...they aren`t kidding around and they are no more Christian than they are Assyrian...no more Christian than the Nazis were...if you investigated every incident they cite here you`d find a very different explanation for the waht happened...

...what about the murder of 500,000 children?...was no one terrorized by that? What about a war with screeming missles and trying to reassure your crying babies that they`ll be alright, that it`s just a passing thing? How can these people be so callous and deceitful and demand special protection for themselves at the same time???

The premeditated and well established pattern of directing attacks against Assyrians and then steadfastly denying justice to the victims by the regional governments has led to the gradual exodus of Assyrians from their ancestral homes and villages.

...not true at all..Donny George and his family, Tariq Azziz and his, didn`t go anywhere...and countless Christians were alive and well in Iraq...what these people mean is that THEY were punished for engaging in actions spurred on by the sentiments and the lies you can read here..as if they expect to have a RIGHT to say and do whatever they want against their government because THEY feel abused...under that reasoning imagine what grounds American Blacks had to call down death and destruction against America..and they NEVER did but fought for their rights with dignity and courage against white trash ever more inhumane and vicious than nay Saddam.

These atrocities have the effect of galvanizing the Assyrian community in the Diaspora to seek international recognition of a safe haven for Assyrians as a necessity for Assyrian survival in the Middle East.

...no they do not...that`s more lies...nothing "galvanizes" Assyrian Christians into anything..it is pure bullshit. The majority of Amerians and Christians of BetNahrain wish this war had never happened and didn`t want it.

A territorially delineated Assyrian safe haven within predominantly Assyrian areas would allow the recognition and protection of Assyrians, their lands, schools, and churches.

...no it wouldn`t...it would set them up as targets. After the things that have been said about how dangerous and bloody to all Christins Muslims are...do you really think a postage stamp sized country will be a "safe-haven"...surrounded by such bloodthirsty types as you make Muslims out to be? Did Jews want to return to Germany after the War? Are you insane?

Perhaps within an Assyrian safe haven, Assyrian families could feel secure enough to continue to live in a land inhabited by their ancestors for several millennia.

...never. They`d be targets if any were stupid enough to return...you are cutting your noses off to spite your faces...you are demonizing Muslims and then you want people to take their families BACK there? Everyone wants OUT!

...Their ancestors are already there...they`re just Muslims is all..and THAT`S what this is all about. You are Christians who want your own people killed for turning away from Christ...as you all would do to a "dear" child of yours today if he or she did the same thing.

We therefore request from the United Nations, the U.S. Administration, various other governmental bodies, and the international human rights organizations to begin immediate and comprehensive investigations to bring justice and security for the Assyrian Nation and to begin to devise a lasting solution for the Assyrians living in their ancestral homeland.

...sounds good...but that`s all. There are far more reasons to ask how the war was brought to us all inspite of everything...far more reasons to investigate about how much Saddam received from the United States...who sold him the weapons , who urged him to try them out...who profited and still does.

...The only solutions for you Christians is to leave. Otherwise you will be catching hell for this for a long time to come.

The ONLy people chasing Christians out are CHRISTIANS...through the war they brought over there and now through these dicheaded statements of yours...do you WANT them killed???
