There has been much said about the new transitional constitution of today's damned iraq which is a country established on our occupied homelands by the occupiers being arabs.

....it was never occupied, it was conquered and then settled...no more than Babylon was "occupied" by Assyrians. To occupy a land means you control it while remaining an outsider..as the Brits did in 1920 and the Americans are doing now..it means you rule over the people and impose your will on them while all the while looking down on them...with no intention of ever joining yourself to them and them to you. This is not what happened with the Muslim Invasion.
