Which of the following is peculiar only to the Christian "Faith".

1. Showing kindness and love

2. Helping old folks cross the street

3. Obeying secular laws

4. Respecting your god or gods

5. Doing goodness wherever you can

6. Eating human gore(or godly gore made human for the occasion) as a prerequisite to eternal life and proof of your understanding of "perfect love"

7. Being kind to children


Every religion asks of its followers to try their best to be decent, thoughtful, considerate, reponsible and caring parents, mates and citizens of whatever country they inhabit. Every religion condemns murder, adultery, theft, incest, rape and the rest of it. Only one religion will deny you its benefits unless you eat gore. Only one religion starts children out eating human gore as evidence or a symbol of "perfect love".

There are a zillion ways to show love...most of them originating in love itself with no mention of murder or cannibalism. children can very easily be taught to show love by being the recipients of it and in such a way as it becomes almost a healing balm, something essential they never want to be without. Those who don't learn the lesson will at least not have been terrorized or unhinged by a ton of gobbledeegook...which, if their minds couldn't grasp simple lessons...are now going to be primed for lunacy and deceit, like Evangelicals and Nazis...both of which groups were raised by mother church and abandoned and denied and taken no responsibility for once it was obvious they "got it wrong too". But...that's the school they went to...that's the morality they were taught...that's the "perfect love" they were subjected to.

It's one thing to get a simple lesson in love "wrong"...to misunderstand the Golden Rule for instance. Not much harm can come from that. But, if you're taught that your god is the ONLY one...that he died for you...that JEWS killed him...that you must eat and drink him and that self-sacrifice...or rather sacrifice...is the best way to show perfect love and if you do all this you will go sit at god's side for an eternity and he'll coo and fondle you...then you're more than half-way to hell already.

You can follow every rule in the Christian Handbook and still be denied the benefits, which means you get damned to hell...if you refuse to eat Christ. Be you as kind and decent a person as one could wish for...even a god could desire...you will not get in if you don't accept the gifts of murder...the benefits that will come your way through murder and ONLY murder...fulfilling the very basic requirement of this religion...that you become a symbollic participant in that heinous crime and make no bones about making a cannibal's snack of the "poor" and most innocent victim regularly and twice on Sunday...the holy day.

Now why should you HAVE to do that? Why is that the centerpiece and cornerstone of this religion? Why is THIS of all the ways open to a god who creates whole galaxies and star systems, who could have as easily found ten other ways that don't involve murder and cannibalism, since he invented the whole damn show in the first place...why THIS, which resembles nothing more than a barbarian's delight...should be the one thing most fervently asked and required of you if you would be the recipient of "Perfect Love" such as has never been seen before and will never be seen again? And don't forget that all the while Jesus knew he wasn't really dying...it was all a farce. He bounced up and went to heaven. Seems like fooling people is the cornerstone of this religion...not love. Ooops!

It isn't goodness or love...certainly not peace on earth Christianity sweats and labors for. Its main goal is to get you...and your children too, buying into the notion that gifts are gifts...benefits are benefits...when you get the chance to get the goods TAKE IT! Never mind what it took to present you with the gift...and just to make sure you're a confirmed villain..."here...eat his flesh and drink his blood". Once you've done that you've joined the Gang...
