...guess who owns the land? Let's see...she won a judgement from me for $134,000 and hasn't quite been able to collect. The land now belongs to a Trust...I have a lawyer too. There isn't any way she can touch it but oh I do hope she tries.

It's really very lovely. The fish is great...the beer is cold...there's snorkling in the cove round the bend and a great beach for swimming and surfing...what more could I ask for? Shawn Leuthold to whip up and down the beach maybe?
