and the children are dead and long forgotten...Iraq and Syria too will merely re-confirm what was always the case...Christians are welcome to live and worship as they please...but NO ONE is allowed to issue calls for partition or sedition for for "help" in getting their rights from outside countries who also need oil...and doing it in "Christ`s" language don`t mean squat...you can`t use Christ`s language to yell PETER in a toilet either.

If they`re lucky the status quo will be resumed...only thing is the Christians, both after the Levies and now, have incurred the warth of the Muslims by so openly cheering on and helping with the destruction of their homelands. This may well lead to retaliation...as when the Americans vow to "pacify" Iraqis...it`s understandable...and you can bet that, just as with Simele, the boys are gonna set up a yelping howling about PERSECUTION...and as ASSYRIANS too...when it wasn`t Assyrians who bombed Baghdad and starved children there, but Christians...with the blessings of our own.

They refuse to admit how THEY are the ones who`ve been bringing this on themselves...not all of them certainly but given the volatile nature of the situation...only a few jackasses from the church are needed to make evryone`s life hell. It was a few who attacked those Americans...but in the atmosphere there now..many, many will pay for it...same thing happened to the Christians before and it will again.

You can bet ZOWWA and the rest will claim the credit for what will be GIVEN to them through no action or merit of their own...Christians are also citizens of Iraq and and are entitled to all the rights of citizenry...BUT...they must obey the laws and the laws of every nation are such that issuing calls for protection from outside forces, inviting them in to liberate you from your own folly...is not tolerated. The same is true of the United States and Britain..you cannot use any language as a pretext and a cover for teaching that the government is illegitimate...illegal or made up of usurping foreigners...has nothing to do with discriminating against Christians...just keeping an eye on criminal elements...and NONE of this has a thing to do with being descendants of the Assyrians because ALL Iraqis, regardless of sex, skin color OR religious affiliation are descendants of the Assyrians, Amorites, Hurrians, Sumerians, Chaldeans and Babylonians. This idiotic game must stop for everyonè`s sake...if Christian Assyrians can claim descent..then so can Muslim Assyrians...if they want to...if they choose not to talk about it a lot it could be because they have serious work at hand protecting ALL of Iraqi history and culture.
