just found out one of the fanciest neighborhoods in Mexico City where mostly Jewsn and Chaldeans and other MidEasterners live...in which is one of the fanciest galleries in Mexico City... is interested! Man did that come as a relief. I was beginning to believe all my Christian cousins who tell me still I´m a sell'out and a rotten artist etc. They want to see the rest of my work. And I want to publicly thank Kris and Jeff for putting together such an elegant site for me...for us...so I can refer them to it with pride. What{s really screwing me up is I have´{t the pieces for a one man show. I need to have about nine or so before a gallery will go to all the trouble and expense of featuring my work. But...they are interested and already said that I{m just their caliber...this is at a location where international businessmen and local zillionaires water...couldnt have asked for anything better. This TRAITOR be movin!! All those years I was beating the bush looking for a thousand here and a thiousand there to finish the monuments..you know, so I could rip Assyrians off and betray them...family and friends kept telling me to concentrate on galleries and shows. The only time I did put something in was the smaller Ishtar Nazanene and it sold in two months and just two years ago my gallery in California contacted me saying they had another customer who{d seen it the year before...did I by chance have another one...I didn{t and lost out on six grand I could have used...as who can{t---Martha Stewrat found herself a little short of spare change too. Narsai has taken all my moulds and put them I don{t know where...a little parting gift from the bastard...so I have to start from scratch all over...between his help and Nimrods and Bejans...an Assyrian artist can starve to death. But I{m at work on other pieces even as I write..one of them is the Assyrian Vase which is a killer to finish but I want very much to see if I can get it and other fancy Assyrian pieces into serious galleries, you know, to bring shame and dishonor to this GRAT NAYSHUN!..even though they ´wont cost that much to buy...still they are beautiful AND unique...so, to the three well'wishers I have in the world...venceremos! --------------------- |
