...in California sez Narsai David`s son, Daniel David is in jail. I doubt it`s true...but you never know. He was charged in Federal court and their conviction rate is around 90%. he was adamantly insisting he`d done nothing illegal..just used a loophole AT&T left open for themselves to use. he went through a few lawyers who all advised him to cop a plea...he refused each time.

I wouldn`t think the case came to trial already, but maybe it did. If it`s true he`ll be sent to one of those nicer prisons financial skulduggerrers are sent to. It`s a first offense and non-violent.

Danny is very talented and versatile at that. He`s handsome, tall...plays piano and sax...and plays them damn well. He`s designed lighting fixtures for restaurants...is an accomplished photographer and now does the most delightful paintings using a technique all his own.

He`s got just the right mixture of arrogance and the talent to back it up. He`ll get over his legal hassles and bounce back just fine...at least he has a lot going for him...and not to forget, he`s a damn fine caterer who has an A list of clients when the cupborad gets bare and he needs to stay alive.

Narsai loves him dearly but with that sort of passionate envy that men sometimes have towards an only son...and in this case, an only child. Maybe Danny thought he could out-whiz his father at business type things....his real talents are in another direction entriely however...but Narsai is an extremely competitive man who doesn`t know when to stop and where he should take a back seat...I know.

He`s a son to be proud of...a pleasure to know. I wish him the best...and he can get it too.
