ENOUGH WITH THE NAME GAMES! WE ARE ALL THE SAME PEOPLE! JUST CALL OURSELVES CHRISTIANS IF WE MUST BUT STOP WAISTING TIME WITH THIS NAME GAME! THIS IS THE BIGGEST OPPOURTUINTY FOR US TO MAKE SOME REAL NOISE IN IRAQ!

...I lost his opening in which he states we should all be Babylonians..and then says we`re wasting too much time on name games??? And THEN he wants to simplify further and just call us Christians..well hells bells that`s what I`ve been saying all along...these aren`t Assyrians OR Babylonians..they are Christians of the MidEast desperately trying to escape their infamy.

WE HAVE MUCH MORE PRESSING MATTERS TO DEAL WITH IN IRAQ SUCH AS THE TEACHING OF OUR LANGUAGE, SECURITY, AND MAINTAINING OUR CULTURAL STABILITY!

...kids have a tendency to get hysterical...the language isn`t important to anybody...once you all leave Iraq , in a generation of two you lose interest...teaching the language is code for teaching Christian entitlement. There is as much security for you as for Muslim Assyrians, not much...your culture is Christian and as you can see, it`s a highly unstable thing...

THERE WILL NEVER AGAIN BE AN OPPORTUNITY LIKE THIS FOR ANOTHER CENTURY!

...oh I don`t know...don`t be so pessimistic...someone else might start killing Iraqi children...look on the bright side.

WHAT'S THE HOLD UP?! WHY ARE WE RUNNING AROUND IN CIRCLES WHILE THE KURDS, AND THE REST OF THOSE CLOWNS (who if you haven't noticed are much more uncivilized as us) GO AND PUT A SOLID EFFORT IN THEY'RE PEOPLE'S SURVIVAL!

...if they were "more civilized" they`d be in Chicago SHOUTING like you are..instead they`re there...on the ground and they`re taking care of business...a pretty good definition of civilized behavior. They too trusted the Americans and 200,000 didn`t live to regret it...whereas you boys STILL believe America is going to do you any favors...you are Christians, not Muslims like the Kurds..for you to call on Western Christians to come bomb your country makes your life not worth diddley back there...

As a member of the New Generation of Assyrians (basically the youth all around the world) I laugh in the face of people that are arguing about this.

Its about time to end the Name Game and figure something out on our own, or, if we have to, have someone else figure something out for us because as you can see, we are too stubborn a people to decide for ourselves! This is the greatest chance for independance and you guys are letting it sail away!

They can`t do anything and neither can you...your faith is like your soul which is like water in your hands..if once you open your fingers and let it slip through...don`t ever look to see it again...we were Assyrians ONCE...you are now Christians..and as you can see it isn`t JUST a religion with you...you make of it a culture and an ethnicity and everything else...in other words there isn`t a damn thing about you that`s Assyrian...so shut the fuck up.

Think about this message for a while, let it sink in! Read it 2 or 3 times if you have to. But get the message! STOP THE NAME GAME OR ELSE THERE WILL BE NO MORE GAMES TO PLAY IN THE FUTURE!

...we`ve heard it all several times..lots of people have gone berserk and started screaming in caps that this is SERWEIOUS!!!...you are all silly and thankfully will all fade away and let Iraq rebuild any way it can, any way it wants to...more interference from the West will bring more resistance..was a time when people understood simple things like that..you don`t "pacify" people..you kill them. If not, they`ll come back and pacify YOU to death.

...let`s hope, as you say, there will be no more of these games in the future..a future you boys have helped make hopeful in the sense that you are about as welcome in Iraq now as a turd in the punch bowl. Your children will be embarrassed by you as I am...and they won`t want to have anything to do with screaming fits...and that`s the BEST thing that can happen.-..get assimilated...call your children Jennifer and Allysa Marie and get OFF THE STAGE. Assyrians have real work to do and they`re doing it..in Iraq right now.
