..I mean he tells which targets to hit next. Residents in Iraq live in mortal fear that Allawi is going to go on the evening news and say such and such a town is "secure" and proves, "the effectiveness of my admninistration". People have been seen feeling their homes and towns after the six o`clock news based on nothing more than Allawi`s assurance that they are now safe.
