You wrote recently (I can’t find your post or reply) that you felt (correct me if I'm wrong) that the Assyrian Empire survived through Islam and now exists in betnahrain as Islam.

If so, why doesn’t Islam retain any Assyrian symbols? No lamasus, Shamasheh, No depictions of Ashur?

If so, what would happen if you (or anyone) brought the Assyrian flag into a mosque in Iraq?
