CIAAM Member releases book on the experiences of women

What was the moment you felt like you had become a woman?

That is the question Vanessa Denha has asked to more than 60 women. She is a local author who resides in Redford, Michigan.

This book is like having a cup of Chicken Soup for the Soul while writing Bridget Jones Diary.

"I Knew I Was A Woman When… Defining Female Moments What's Yours?"

(Now Available at Amazon.com, PublishAmerica.com, Barnes and Noble and various bookstores.)

Imagine a group of women from widely varying backgrounds and professions sitting around a coffee table talking about life. Each, in turn, shares her story about what it means to be a woman … and the instant she first felt like one. For some women, this moment was a revelation, while others never gave it much thought.

Vanessa Denha shares the experiences of more than 50 women from around the world. The book asks readers to reflect upon and identify their own defining moment and includes a special final chapter that outlines exactly how readers can set up and facilitate their own "SitChat," much like a book club or support group.
