...I wuz wondering...I think Doozoota's signature death threats to all Iraqis constitute Hate Speech and calls to violence...if not to a Race, then certainly to an ethnic group. This is against the law...it is not a an instance of free speech...in that regard I'm sure we all recall Jassim's elabortae explainaton about how you can't yell "Fire" in a theatre...but you CAN Shout "KILL" on his forum...if you pick the right group..or it's just one you don't like.

Three years ago some jackass on aina said he knew where my family lived and I could expect a surprise visit..or something like that. I immediately called the local police (If I'd thought there was a chance he'd actually send someone I would have waited to surprise them right back)...an officer came to my house and made a report..I gave them Peter BetBasso, nee Jassim's name and showed the cop their web site...aina I mean. I had copies of the email. The guy said they have a unit that monitors hate speech on the net and they would make periodic visits..he also said they would contact the site owners for a clarification and to hear their side of it.

I think an Iraqi America group, or a Kurdish one...do you know of one..should take strong exception to this kind of thing. I understand we're in the early stages of complete hysteria..all the more reason to take action now..while it's fairly easy and we have the authorities on the side of law and order.

If a formal complaint was lodged...another investigation started, it would be Peter's second notice..or warning or whatever it is and his site would get some sort of marker to alert authorities that although today it might be ####s..or #########..tomorrow it could be anyone...and they may want to nip Peter's last remaining bud.

It's also a good exercise for MidEastern Darkies to begin to form the kinds of citizen's watch groups the Jews and other people have,,in other words we Iraqis and Kurds value ourselves as much as anyone else does.

Can you think of someone we should start with. If nothing else it will be instructive as to the amateur status of these Militia leaders and gorillas who make their hot air'd diclamations to space...let's see how long it takes before Peter tells the guy he's in violation of common decency...though that one doesn't appear in any of his Pees...as well as the Laws of American Democracy.
