There are cases that are called lost cases. Many lawyers do not take them because they know from the beginning that they have no chance to win them. This claim is one of those.

...This has nothing to do with the figures presented...stick to your own. Lawyers also try to confuse people...

Two simple points:

1. David Chibo claims that some 550 - 650 Assyrians died because of operations during the liberation of Iraq; however, he gives the names of 17 victims only.
Where are the rest of the roughly 600 names?

...there were no names given for lots of people killed during Vietnam...The United Nations never provided names for all those killed in Vietnam, neither did Vietnam...but no one denies they were killed in the millions...this is the same argument Holocaust deniers give for the "claim" that all those Jews were killed..if they were killed, says Aprim...where are their names? The people who post on beth have no names either..if they exist at all...where are their names.

...And finally...how many people have to be murdered? If we HAD the names of only 600...but figures showed that 15,000 were killed...would Aprim say, "how come only 600 Mr. David...where are the rest"?

Why we heard of 17 names in the media only?
Is it because there are no more perhaps?

...Is it because the media has not done much of a job in accounting for the people who`ve been killed, or in examnining the lies used and the liars who brought the war on? The UN itself said it was difficult to get names under the circumstances on the gorund in Iraq...what keeps people from providing names..I don`t know Aprim...ask "Assyrian Hero" how come..and finally...the numbers aren`t the point..the point is the point. These people were killed as a result of War and Sanctions you boys prayed for...six, or 600 or 6000....and what of the names of all those raped virgins Aprim...if you people know a baby was tossed in the air and caught on a sword...why did no one supply the name? No name...no dead people...right?

How come Assyrians in the Diaspora did not hear of the rest of these claimed 600 deaths?

...how come you never heard of Majdolin Younan..or her two children? Their names were in the news...we told you their names...priests know their names..or could find them...how come you have never condemned THEIR murderers Aprim...if you`ve ignored these victims...as well as the 17 you`ll accept because they were SHOVED in your face and you can`t find a way to squirm out of it...what would you do if you DID know the names of all 650, Mr. Fred? If you avoided seeing Majdolin`s children`s names...if you avoided saying anything about 17 that you ACCEPT...what would lead anyone to believe you`d act any differently if you KNEW 650 names? You are dodging and avoiding the point yet again...whether it is two killed ot 17...whose names you know and you`ve done nothing or said anything or issued your condemnations reserved for Muslims...what would you do if you knew a million names...Mr. Fred?

2. As shown in the other case (embargo case), one cannot apply simple statistics in such complicated matters.

...you showed what a skunk you are...you selected a special group...the United States chose ALL of Iraq...you showed how stupid you think we are..that`s all.

There are many factors to consider. Such factors include who were fighting the American troops, where did the major battles take place and from what part of the country did the liberation start (we know from the south), and many other important factors.

...Those are just words used to confuse the issue...is it any wonder your books are toilet paper...

Logic tells us that David Chibo's calculation method is simply unrealistic.

...no it doesn`t...YOU tell us that..and for your tribesmen, that`s all they have to hear.

If a disaster hit the shores of California today (only for an example) and some 1000 died (God forbids), we cannot say that since Mexicans and Hispanics make some 50% (for example) of the population of California, therefore, conclude through simple statistics that 500 Mexicans died in that disaster. It is just not realistic and a definitely wrong way of concluding things because in this example we know that Mexicans (in general) do not live near the shorelines of California.

...and in your example of 100 Iraqis who "need medicine" you did include all Mexicans living in California..therefour, logic tells us you are on the beach.

...No one, certainly not Tiglath, would even PRESUME to put forward the exampoles you have to "prove" your point. We would never even claim a diasater on the beach would be representative of the mountains...but you would bring up such a "point" because you`re used to stupid people buying every dumb thing you say.

..If we gave such an example we`d say if a disaster hit ALL of California...the percentage of Mexicans in ALL of California to suffer would equal their numbers in the ENTIRE population...we would NOT set it up ahead of time to "prove" the point you feel compelled to make...you did that, not Tiglath.

There is simply no logic here.

...you got that right...there is no logic..there are no facts or figures to deduce anything from, except that you are a scoundrel...all you did was give more examples of your atrocious reasoning skills and your further attempts to confuse rather than calrify. We`ve seen you dance and twril before...what we wanted was substance and all those FACTS...all you did was posture.
