After the fall of Communism the American corporate-hijacked US government - who knowingly allowed 9/11 to "go through to the keeper" - needed a new enemy, and this new Orwellian Clayton's war-without-end, to justify its exorbitant daily $1.5 billion military budget.

Howard the other Texan of Mass Destruction violated International Law not because he wanted to remove CIA-installed Saddam but in order to get the FTA that will benefit his Liberal Party's corporate donors and disadvantage Australian workers.

During the 90s we stood by while 5,000 innocent Iraqi children died of malnutrition per month in Iraq using our naval vessels not only to blockade Iraq but to intern Iraqi asylum seekers who attempted to come to Australia. This 12 year blockade killed over 600,000 innocent Iraqi children and was followed by invading the sovereign nation and killing another estimated 13,000 innocent Iraqis.

It's unfortunate but the chickens are finally coming home to roost.
