...we're talking about ANOTHER god...if you follow the dictates of your OWN god, then that is your choice...if you're told that you must pray to ANOTHER god entirely and HE wants you to kill your children..or blesses those that do..it's different...see?

Wasn't Ashur a sick little fuck for ordering Babylonian children to be killed while they still sucked at the breast? Why? Because they worshipped Marduk and didn't give a flying fuck about Big Bird?

...the people made war on each other and at different times ruled over each other..they did not kill FOR their Lord...killing was not the purpose..it was not done in order to purge wrong brothers and sisters from earth or force them into one god.

...and quit sidestepping all of Christianity...as I am willing to attach myself to my people and Heritage even when they did things I would not do today...but can't know for certain I might not have done then...the crimes committed by modern Christianity against its own...including children JUST because of religion..is not matched among the Assyrians at any time...the Assyrians had respect and tolerance for the gods of others and while attacking someone for the wheat fields he had that they wanted is one thing...killing him for his wrong god and for that alone, was never a part of their history.

...if our god directs us, that's one thing...and like I said we dealt with that...when YOUR god tells us to do it or blesses those that do...we naturally don't feel like praying to him...your god killed everybody's children...including his own son...and he and his followers are over there now, with your bullets, shooting our children all over again...it just feels odd praying to him TODAY...not 3000 years ago....and blessing him and his followers who will shoot and starve and fuck our children...do you not understand that?
