Neither of them claimed, and proved, to be God. ...and I make you sound ridiculous? There's nothing wrong with you believing in the tooth fairy...but when you claim you have the ONLY tooth fairty allowed...you make a mockery of your own foolishness. ..Obviously there is no "one god"...people have never agreed on that and they never will...in fact this whole rebirth of extremism could have come about because of all the talk preceeding it for years about how all gods are ONE god...obviously the clergy of each can't afford to have that bruited about...can't have us making peace with one another and intermarryring...can they? ...Either everybody's god is legitimate or your's is a fraud too...see what I mean? > >Eshoa Meshikha is far from a "great philosopher", although he did have great teachings, and he was far from a revolutionary, although he did start a revolution. ...I wouldn't even give him credit for that...Jesus never once spoke out against slavery or oppression of the poor by the rich...he skirted the subject...Revolutionaries go right to the heart of the matter...as far as "teachings" goes...I have yet to have any one of you tell me ONE original idea he had..or one that was such a big deal at the time...not ONE...though you all take it for granted that he invented sliced bread. > >You have described some, but not all, of His being. > >>Yet this concept of him being a god is very far from the truth. > >It's absolutely the Truth - as forseen and prophecied in type by ancient Mesopotamian symbolism which pointed to Him and His coming. There are reasons why the Magians in Beth-Nahrin were the first to come and worship Him. ...will you quit trying to hide your Jew crap behind us? I mean it's getting a little manaiacal of you..as if you know you have something to be ashamed of and can't much stick around at all if you don't pin this nonsense on us...as far as Abraham being Mesopotamian...he LEFT remember? That kind of god system wasn't a part of us...and he NEVER mentions yahwe till much later..it isn't yahwe who tells him to get lost..it's US! > >The Beth-Nahrinites were the first Christians, because they worshipped and offered bisma before the white Greeks and Romans (and even the Jews) had heard about Him. ...go on...go ahead. It's best to encourage you to spread this stuff around...proves how degenerate this stuff makes a person... > >There is strong symbolism in the story of the Majii - I wish you would take to time to contemplate the meaning....the significance of Beth-Nahrin coming to pay homage to He whom it had been expecting for millenia. ...right...we dropped everything and ran to a Jew town to a stable where we knew our REAL king would be ....and we got his kingdom today where we have your pot to piss in. > >>This concept's antecedent is the very same Ishtar and Tammuz myth you put down earlier. ...yes of course it is...there is no difference in what we created and what we went on to "create" once we saw the error of our ways and got down on our knees..as an imporvement..a next stage on our development...of course. > >Ishtar and Tammuz were symbols for nature and the cycle of seasons. Meshikha is quite different, as you know since you've read the bible. > >>As you can see from the above picture, our Kings were considered reborn Gods every year during the Spring Equinox they took the place of Tammuz and brought fertility to Beth Nahrain. The evergreen Palm tree was symbolic of Tammuz and was used to symbolise the conquest of death by Tammuz. > >So were kings in ancient Mayan civilization. These themes surrounding nature renewal are universal to ancient, naturist religions. ...yes they are...so we were Mayans too? > >>Our Kings were treated the same way as Jesus when he entered Jeruslaem and Palm Trees were used to prepare his path symbolising his resurrection. The same happened with the Persian King Cyrus when he entered Babylon. > >Yes, and many a baby was sent down a river in the past. The parallels are not impressive in the least bit. These were common things. ...that's what I've been telling you. > >>The Old Testament book of Jeremiah (Jeremiah 10:3-4) also describes how the Birth of Tammuz was celebrated in ancient Babylon , "..for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the ax; They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not." ...your quoting a Jew book while our own have no interest to you is probably another thing Abraham gave you. > >Yes, and Western Christianity kept that tradition by associating it with Christmas.....as you know, we did not. There were no Christmas trees or Easter eggs in Mazraa. > >>There's also John the Baptist who was actually commemorating the ancient Death of our God Tammuz holiday when he baptised Jesus on the Noosardel summer solstice festival to ensure that he was reborn. > >Two questions: > >(1) How did you arrive at the specific date when Meshikha was baptized by Yukhanan Mamdana? ...reached up my neighbor's ass...where do you get your facts from? > >(2) If somebody in South America at the same time was taking a skinny dip in the Amazon river - were they, too, commemorating the death of Tammuz? ..of course. > >>You see Paul the very pillars of Christianity are our ancient Beth Nahrain religions but with the disclaimer that the names, places changed to protect the ignorant. > >Yes and no. Yes, the pillars of Judaism (and therefore Christianity and Islam) were foreshadowed largely in types of our ancient religion in Beth-Nahrin. > >No, these things are not simply rip-offs with names and places changed to protect the ignorant. These things were literally fulfilled. ...that's what every thief says..."but officer, they really ARE mine"! > >>Christianity is in fact a philosopher who advocated peace and wanted to revolutionise his ancestors' myopic Jewish religion grafted onto our ancient religon and resold back to us with us and our children as the bad guys. > >Khouna, that is an oversimplification of immense proportions. It would take volumes of books already written on the topic to sufficiently explain how and why Christianity is unique among all world religions....including its predecessors in type of Mesopotamia. ..it is unique in no unique way...that's what makes it unique...you all claim you've got something there...yet it caused you "pure" Christians to run to impure ones or you would have followed your Jesus, up a cross..who by the way had no children...and as for the others, Christianity was forced on all of them...NO one took to it willingly...except a few nuts we all have among us..but the idea that whole cultures or cities leapt into this nonsense is absurd and it's a damned lie..we know that from the few times there has been independent accounting for what actuallly took place when this religion of Love..backed by murder, came to town. > ..The entire Western Hemisphere was subjected to murder and pillage and worse..their own cultures and religions and the Faith they grew up and had children in and were married in and were buried in was forbidden them...their children were taklen from them and raised in Mission "school"...and we all know what that means...thjis abhorrent practice...this way of bring people "to Jesus" has followed your Church down through the centuires....in Africa the crimes of the Christians are beyond belief..with King Leoppold of Belgium actually offering a bounty for the severed hands of all Africans who couldn't be "saved"...and for heavin's sake DON'T mention Pasha Bob and 897 AD! ...for you to claim Christianity is the fuzzy thing YOU were taught to believe in in no explains away the relsaity of how this religion came to THRIVE! On its own...and only in your little circle in the MidEast it was doomed from the start...as Jesus was...as anyone who believd it WOULD be..for it's entire purpose was to prepare you for SOMEWHERE else..of COURSE you were asked to play the part of the good sheep, of the obedient sheep...of the timid lamb who would give his "shephard" no trouble..but shephards don't keep sheep around for fun..not even for sex, though that's a sidebar...they keep them to SLAUGHTER...that shephard will also be the butcher one day when it suits him. Jesus brought the good word about how to make a PERFECT sacrifice of yourself...what the fuck did that have to do with Betnahrain? Jesus did NOT teach people how to build..how to invent...how to explore and refine..he taught them how to ENDURE...right up to the place where the scourge and the lash would be applied...and right on through to the cross of murder and execution...this is not a religion for LIFE..it was for DEATH of the earthly life with some consoling mumbo jumbo about bouncing up onto a cloud where NONE of you has the vaguest idea what takes place ANYWAY! For THESE reasons alone...though they came much earlier, the people who gave us Gilgamesh were setting forth the bedrock of Mesopotamian religion and values...but I guess since the twin rivers run to the Gulf andf that pours out into the Indian Ocean which comes round to the Amazon Delta where several rivers exist for skinny dipping...you could say it's ALL Jewish...right? >The imagery and typology you see in Mesopotamia which point to the coming of Meshikha, a Mesopotamian Semites who spoke our language and looked like us, is just that. It was revealed to our ancestors that these things would happen in order to prepare them for the revelation of Meshikha. ...bullshit. The Epic of Gilgamesh was our own..born and bred from our people entirely...and there is proof positive right there that the wiser person is he or she who does NOT seek to emulate the gods or dwells on thoughts of paradise and what's to come and immortality...but who abides on earth and tries to be the best damn human they can, which eans you bend your energies to the earth to create the best civilization you could knowing that "heaven" is right HERE! ....if you lived in Jerusalem then you had every reason in the world to want to go somewhere else..you had every incentive to tell the neighbors that a diet of sheepshit was a gift your daddy gave you that no one else could get...cause their daddies didn't love them enough...the whole point to the Epic is that one is WRONG to seek a place among the gods or emulate them...the whole point is that Gilgamesh comes to his SENSES...grows WISER because he recognizes that he has as close to heaven on earth as he can ever hope for..and so that his city must be made even BETTER...and he comes back to do just that...by becomming a better king...a better husband and a better father...there would have been no point at all to the Epic had Gilgamesh been king of Israel for upon his return he would have had confirmed for him every reason he LEFT in the first place. The whole point and differeence between our own religions and the Jew one is that we determined early on that there is NO point in yearning for paradise..in behaving as if we KNOW anything about these things...and therefore eating sackcloth and each other while awaiting the coming of HIM...who is supposed to get us the hell out of Jerusalem..who in his right mind would want to leave Nineveh??? THAT is the point of OUR religion, baby...escaping on the back of a sacrificial goat or dead Jew is a Hebrew's wish to go somewhere...ANYwhere else...even when you have no idea what's there...just to get OUT of Hebrewville. > >There is so much more to say on the topic. Let's keep the discussion going. ...sure thing..it's win/win for us...and you'll never know the difference. > >-Paul --------------------- |
