...I think a concerted effort by Men and their government..at least as dedicated a one as getting to the moon or building a space station..that aimed to give working poor women and families a REAL shot at raising children they already have would at least indicate some sincerity behind all this chest and bible thumping that hasn`t stopped a SINGLE man from humping!!! And humping makes a fetus to begin with.
