As far as I see it, all the Assyrian forums are lacking. It's unfortunate really. We could actually throw out ideas rather than hatemonger... but we'll just all hatemonger since it's what we know. Peter has some serious issues. To pull the plug on an Assyrian singer is just stupid and to think that it has any sort of impact as an act of dissent is infantile thinking. You know where his head is, I don't have to tell anyone. The issue was a simple one. I think he got irritated, because people agreed with me. He's a lion in Assyrians' midst and something else go nikhraye... Of course you're strong enough to pull a plug on an Assyrian concert. I mean, we don't have concerts in the American sense of the term, but that was a performer's performance nonetheless. That's all I was saying, and rather than address it, he decided to devolve to ad hominem. Does everyone know who Peter Jassim (aka-Bet Bassoo) is? Parhad seems to think so. I'm not so sure.
