Again you are wrong. The U.N has a "peace keeping force" who are armed with tanks guns and other weapons in which I think is a joke. Maybe that ewxplains why we can't rely on them.

The U.N does not check for weapons...a team is set up and put in such case which was UNSCUM and the U.N watches over them. Just because they watch over them it does not mean they are doing a good job.
