You should be sorry for misreading the passage. It does not say that Yahweh is to be pleased by that act - it says the perpetrator will be pleased. And that is the truth - when the nations that conquered Babylon did the deed, they were very pleased, indeed.

Just as pleased as the Babylonians were who smashed the Assyrian infants in Nineveh against rocks and spilled their brains out.

Khizma, please read a verse in it's proper context before you comment on it or change its words around.
