As a matter of fact, The U.S. administrator-Paul Bremer extended the immunity from prosecution to foreign troops and contractors right before he left Iraq buy signing a contract to ensure that foreign troops will be exempt from any Iraqi legal action.

Whatever that means...Mr.Hearsh and the rest of ACLU (Liberals) has known this for the longest time and there was a massive cover-up about U.S. and prisoners at Abu Gharib prison, until shit hit the fan.
