she's sleeping on her bunkey right next to me...under the skylight where the rain comes in...still raining off and on. Just finished the course of shots the Vet gave us...it seems the distemper has indeed stopped...she won't get any better...just won't get worse...Vet said if it didn't work, she'd slide away real fast.

Mostly she looks like she aged overnight...back legs still twitch during sleep...has trouble maneuvering fast...seems to get stuck and can't turn herself around easily...being a nerve disorder it seems signals from her brain to her muscles don't get through, or take longer...still can't hop down stairs like she used to...looks and acts as if she's a lot older,,,she is getting some meat on her though,....as there is always food out smothered in oil to make it icky and yummy I guess.

If she stays this way she's only uncomfortable, not in pain. I don't like playing god...see no reason to have her killed...hell I'll be stiff and cranky soon...no reason to shoot me.

So...if this is as bad as it gets...I'll make a warm spot for her to sleep in for as long as she lives. I'd do the same for Paul, till he gets to the warm spot waiting for him.
