Just because no record survives in ten places doesn`t mean that in those ten places the Church...ANY Church..behaved any differntly..that is MY assumption based on the record, the known and verfiable record of your ENTIRE CHRISTIAN CHURCHES EVERYWHERE..East and West and North and South...if YOU claim that to not have been the case where you say..then YOU provide the proof the names dates and times..YOU..not us. If you`re a lawyer you CAN`T say your client is innocent of all charges levelled against her...inspite on the KNOWN record she has...if you do no more than SAY she is innocent...it is not enough. If I, on the other side, present case upon case where we KNOW she did it...even without a shred of evidence in THIS case that she didn`t...The jury will wonder why you have no alibi..no evidence at all..not even a THEORY as to where she was and what she was doing at the time of this particular crime.....and if, since we are dealing with Law, the judge should say that the burden of proof is on the State...and since the state has not shown a DIRECT link and evidence in THIS case..and it would be wrong to "assume" her guilt on a capital offense especially...that doesn`t mean your client has cleared herelf of the charges..it could just mean that she killed all witnesses and erased her fingerprints and got someone to lie and provide an alibi for her...BUT...I doubt she`d get work babysitting anywhere after that if people knew her history. Such is the case with your postiion..because we don`t have hard evidence and witnesses in the ONE case..or ten..you are saying it is purely a guess and that no matter how many crimes your Church, ALL CHURCHES, have committed that we all know about..still, we can`t find the church guilty of THIS crime...fine. But you haven`t cleared your Church`s name..and I don`t want you people anywhere near my children. But..to leave the courtroom and talk to reporters outside and say your client has been PROVEN innocent..is a lie. And to further claim that you had the HARD evidence to PROVE she didn`t commit the crime...but couldn`t be bothered to present it at trial...would about sink her for good...she`d be out and free..as your Church is...but everyone would see that it was merely cleverness that got her off...very like the cleverness you try on us here...and it doesn`t work. I say your church murdered people into Jesus in EVERY instance...I have enough evidence to cover 90% of it`s crimes...if you claim in 10% of the cases this was NOT the case..the obligation is your`s to provide the evidence for your claim..it is not MY obligation to find YOUR evidence for you... One last thing...if we were Christian...like you are...and we wanted to "win" a point OR a soul...we`d ban you all and make it appear like you CHOSE not to respond..that you GAVE UP on your beliefs WILLINGLY. Just this fact alone..this "thing" you Christians do when you COULD play fairt and let your merits win your points..but choose instead to ban and pretend people were too stunned to reply...is EXACTLY what I`m accusing your EASTERRN Church and all the rest of them of..that you have NEVER been comfortable just letting the dice fall as they may..you have always and still always load the deck and stack it in your favor...or else we could have had these and other discussions among you all with no fear of seeing our points "forcibly converted". We allow you all the time and space you need..we even show you respect by answering you when you almost say something...in every way there is, we show you the difference between our way and your`s..between Assyrian and Christian..between neo-Pagan and Jew...and under NO circumstance has there been anything noble, or winning, or impressive that would cause a ONE of us to "willingly" give up our open, fearles, patient, confident ways for your Christian lies and smarmy sneakiness...your way has absolutely nothing to offer...and that`s exactly the way our ancestors felt about Christianity. > >Examples, Tony.
