I create them without putting any thought at to what they should look like. It's pure cognitive work unlike my drawings/ paintings where I have to sit there and think about this and that. The truest sense of freedom for me lies in the making of these ceramic pieces. The world doesn't exist...only me and the piece that I'm working on. Does that somewhat make sense to you?

Creating art is where I find my freedom. When I work I get absorbed into a world that I don’t very often live in. That lost sense of time elevates me into another environment where when I try to look back and reminisce, I can only see the outcome the art that I had previously created
