in the following piece there`s the question of whether censorship serves any usefull purpose...besides keeping people in the dark..which no friend of the human mind would want done. With the obsession of a poor villager forced to go to town..who puts on his best shirt and pants but can`t hide the frayed cuffs...these boys wander how to make themselves APPEAR in a good light..never mind that back in the village they`re fucking the livestock to begat more villagers..or that they`re no brighter than their pigs...they want to LOOK good...and no matter what they do...get howled at all the same.

They are keepong themselves weak and wondering all the while why they can`t manage the lightest tasks...oh well. And THIS they call "Assyrian"

Dear all,

We all read articles in many different websites and our reaction to them is dependant on our individual sense of values, education, maturity, experience, good taste, ethics, etc. As these qualities vary between individuals it is sometimes hard to decide whether an article deserves to be posted here or not. So the question is how to decide where to draw the line, because obviously you cannot please everybody?

It is difficult to give examples on all possibilities and situations but let us say you come across the following types of articles in Arab or Kurdish media, would you want them posted on this forum and provide their linkages or not?

a. An Arab or a Kurd expresses respect and sympathy for his missing ex neighbours or school friends who were Christians?
b. An Arab article alleges that the Iraqi Christians have western leanings, cannot be trusted, should be watched and will be pleased to see them leave?
c. An Assyrian gabba accuses ADM or another gabba of various mal practices or failures against our nation?
d. An Assyrian individual writes an article in Arab media, with some valid points and some stupid ones and thereby causes us embarrassment?

As some of you may read the same article in the same foreign websites may feel no need for its posting here. But what about those of you who do not have sufficient time to surf many websites and/or cannot read Arabic? Should you be given the opportunity on this forum to find out or not?

I wonder what you think. Are we doing it right now?

..I think you`re doing a fantastic job in assuring Aprim`s status as the brightest dim bulb you have...long may he shine, dimly, to lead you all over the cliff you insist on going over..but looking NEAT!!!
