Aprim says new developments dashed all his hopes...what hopes? Based on what? Wishful thinking? The same with Pithyou and that other guy..and Ken Joseph...what are they talking about? Where all this shock and consternation that Iraq is a Muslim country? This is news? All of them writing furiously for years and studying history and quoting people and having added bibliographies and things...All of them just realized that a really and trully democratic Iraq would mean Islam would be the state religion? What do they think the state religion in America is...in Britain...in Germany and Italy?

Is this the caliber and quality and depth of these great thinkers of ours...these experts who get patted on the back and called wise and deep by the fools who must be as empty-headed as their heroes are?

It`s almost impossible to believe anyone..even the boys, could be THAT stupid and naive. But they`re not...al least not in this sense...they knew damn well there was no chance of anything BUT increased misery and death and then a stampede for the exits if Christians attacked Iraq and occupied it and found Iraqi Christians to work for them...and then pray and beg that the occupation never ends...

You have to remember what`s between the lines in all their pleas and letters..."we are soon to be killed if you don`t do something". And to whom are they addressing this mad appeal? Have they read recent world history? Are they familiar with American history and its crimes against humanity? Do they know the history of the Brits? Were they seriously pinning their hopes on these two? And even while claiming to be horribly let down and disappointed and shocked even..look to whom they are now begging to be saved from the betrayal they just said they suffered..who else but the same people they both complain to and plead with'

Is this sane? Is it wisdom? Are these the actions of world class figures..of real Players? What can they be thinking NOW? What besides benefitting from the massacre to come..or the stampede to come...either way though they`ll be gone. No one is going to help them. They will have removed themselves from the equation..from BetNahrain...which was in the cards ever since they started praying to a jew god...and said he was the same as Ashur. Well..Ashur never led them here.
