The Kurds have murdered Millions of Assyrians with the Turks and other Muslim people of that region. The murdering and decimation of Assyrian people have begun when the Islam have got the control over Middle East and the "Jeehad", the holy war of muslims, became a rule , a duty for every muslim to kill non-muslims like Christians and Jewish.

If you have problems with your identity and don't want to be an Assyrian (for me you are already no Assyrian) so go and be a Kurd (oh I have forgotten, you are already one) an Arab or a Turk, but don't tell us who we are. You as a Kurd David Chibo have nothing in Mesopotamia, because your kurdish forfathers have come to Mesopotamia as occupiers, as Nomads, as invaders. Read the works of our Syriac Church fathers and historians, they will tell you when the Kurds have forced into Assyria/Mesopotamia: into Nineveh, into Zakho, into Nisibin, into Tur Abdin, into Syria and so on. Don’t be surprised about the kurdish population, it is normal when every kurd has two and more women and 20 children. There were in our neighbourhood indeed kurds with four women and 50 children. That explain the growth of kurdish population in our land Mesopotamia from Arbeel to Tur Abdin. Even till the Genocide of 1894/96 and 1915-1918 Kurds were a minority in Mesopotamia. But after the Genocide of Assyrian Christians, the Kurds have become the majority in some parts of Assyria because the indigenous people were murdered.
