Yes it is a legal issue But...

The Armenian and the Jewish Lobby in the USA pushed for legislation that helped them go after companies like those insurance companies and banks who have policies and deposits to those who vanised or were killed. The Congress I believe legilated to extend the status of limitation to help the claimants.

...as they will live to regret...for Afro-Americans have the most legitimate claim of all...every goddamned corporation and family fortune in America was BUILT on the backs of African slaves dragged here against their will and worked to death...but that still isn`t an INSURANCE claim.

...Jews own the right to claim INSURANCE policy benefits after years of stalling and denial by the companies...THAT was the issue addressed....only from the German government did Jews win any punitive awards....or guilt money.

For the next 15 years do not expect Congress to legislate any thing against Turkey.

...Congress legislated nothing "against" any Insurance companies..the courts did that. Congress did its part by expanding the legal time limit for bringing claims against crooked companies...that didn`t get anyone any money..it just gave them the right to ASK for their money in court...the courts decided if their claims were legal and valid.

...How does any of this lead to "insights" that Congress will not "legilate anything against Turkey"...ever? What business does CONGRESS have with Turkey? First get CONGRESS to legislate something for the Native Americans who STILL have broken treaties in hand SIGNED by this very Congress...what are you people babbling on about?

Are we to be forever plagued with the MOST stupid among us....have the rest ALL run out screaming in the night?
