Assyrian Schools

I need information on the Assyrian Schools in Iraq past and present. Names, places, and information that is important. I know there were at least two Assyrian schools in baghdad in the 60's - 70's. One catholic and one presbo. And some in kirkuk too. If anyone has any information please email me it.

...It needs to be said that these Catholic and Preso "schools" are the equivalent of the Muslim ones where religious propaganda passes for an education..naturally we like OURS and they like THEIRS...however, no one thinks of them as anything more than vehicles for transmitting dogma...and usually the groundwork for bigotry and hatreds..as we can see playing out right here among the boys.

It`s for this reason Saddam bulldozed them and no Iraqi government will allow them to be run by churches ever again without serious government supervision..which of course will mean to the boys that they can`t "worship" as they please...these schools are nothing more than hate-mongering vehicles...our boys simply do it by making such a "strong case" for their being the rightful owners crap and repeating all their horros stories and rape stories and you can see by what they do to adults who beg to differ what they must have done to any child of ours who dared ask a question to see the power of such prejudiced and slanted misinformation...all about how millions of them were killed in their sleep that they never have to tell Jassim to hate anybody..he supplies that last part all by hisself by drawing the "natural" conclusion...it`s of course a cheap and shoddy trick that works well in Christian and Muslim villages...and it needs to be seen for what it is...hate-propaganda...and quashed...the gentler the better but FIRMLY!
