I have a question regarding all these recent attacks against Assyrians in Iraq: what is being done by the CPA or the new interim Iraqi government?

...these are attacks against Christians who`ve cheered this war on...no "Assyrian Nation" attacked Iraq...therefore Iraqis have no reason to attack "Assyrians"...but a Christian nation IS attacking Iraq...so naturally Iraqis are pissed at Christians in Iraq..why is that so surprising?

...I have a question for YOU..what has this governmet, as you humorously call it, done to protect Iraqis?...and what has America, the illegal occupier of the land done to protect Iraqis..for under the same internayinal law you keep looking to it says the occupying force is responsible for the safety of civillians..it does not say the occupying force starts killing and jailing and torturing the civillians.

the reason I'm asking is that recent releases by Zindamagazine, AINA, and Reuters are reporting these horrible crimes but they say nothing of any investigations or arrests. This is leading me to believe that the CPA and the new interim government is not looking into these attacks.

..no one is taking the Americans to court either..in fact they`re trying to exempt themselves from any international courts...why do you suppose that is? Who is bringing anyone to court for attacking Iraqis? One of the greatest crimes against humanity was imposing Sanctions on an entire civillian population knowing children would be the first to die and then claiming it was "okay" because that way their parents would "remove Hitler"...and you didn`t ask where the courts were then. Justice is either for all...or those left out will go seeking vigilante justice...happens all the time.

worse, the CPA and the interim government are likely mis-classifying these attacks as being against "Iraqi citizens" rather than attacks against "indigenous Assyrians" (or the like).

...no they aren`t. They get it right every time. You are not Assyrians...you are citizens of Iraq. There is no longer any Cherokee Nation..there are Americans of Cherokee descent, and you can`t even prove any Assyrian descent.

are there investigations going on?, are there arrests being made in connection with these crimes? or are they just being ignored?

..all crime is being ignored..the crimes of the Israelis against Palestinians are being ignored..the crimes against the people of Iraq committed under pretense of WMDs no one has ever found and a whole lot of other lies, were ignored, by no one more so than yourselves...so why should it surprise you that Iraq has become a lawless land? Who`s running it?

the Iraqi government can prove its accountability to Assyrians and other Iraqi groups now by bringing these criminals to justice... by doing nothing, the new Iraqi government is adopting the same stance of as the murderers who are killing Assyrians: intolerance.

...bullshit. They have their hands a little full right now. Besides the Iraqi government is a puppet government..puppets of the Anmericans and since they can hardly bring the biggest criminal in Iraq to justice, meaning their Masters...it would be inappropriate to single out IRAQI CITIZENS as the ONLY criminals to bring to court.

The Iraqi government has never and will never give you Christians any special protection for being Christian. They allow you to play your Assyrian name games because it harms no one and is kinda funny...but they know you are disliked because you call on Christians to attack their country and help them whenever you can...they have no reason to dislike Assyrians at all since they share that ancestry with Christian Assyrians..this is just your front, your game, your bid for special recognition for your SECTS!
