...after five years and countless battles to stop being everybody´s Nanna...Hanna is allowing four letter words on beth! Is that progress or is that progress? Shushan, your guess is 100% correct. The Turks created this "Millet" system, the old divide and conquer strategy which, basically worked it kept us stifled. These are forced tribes we are all one people.

..nyah nyah..the Millet system was a marvel of toleration..whereas there were no Jews or Muslims allowed to live in peace anywhere in Christendom...Turkey tried to accomodate them ALL..and allowed them to rule themselves in many ways...ways in which they have NEVER been allowed to rule themselves again...ever since the Christians first came looking for oil and blood in 1914.

..it´s easy to have "peace" when you kill or throw out everyone you don´t like...but the Turks didn´t do that..they didn´t chase the Christians or Jews out...they even allowed them self-rule...could they help it if one tribe of Christians were the mortal enemies of another tribe of Christians and refused to be under the control of the "wrong" bishop? To the best of their ability they tried to give to each religion and ethnic group as much religious freedom as they have EVER had anywhere...and it was the ONLY time in history that anyone tried that..and it was ruined, as always, by the Christian west...not by anything the Turks instigated.

And if you´ll remember...once the Christians of Europe had managed to weed out all those whose religions they disliked..they turned on each OTHER and killed and killed and killed. What is it with you people? Could it be that since your religion starts out with ritual human sacrifice..you never get enough?
