A total of 540 Joint Members of both Houses of Congress – including 440 House Representatives and 100 Senators -- we successfully e-mailed ‘Petition In Response to HR-2601 Amendment to Foreign Relations Committee Act for FY 2006 and 2007.

The writer had previously indicated a figure of a total of 542 recipients.
