...what a diference attitude and agenda make....even in scholarship. I was flipping through a book on Assyrian art and empire when I came to this..."Ishtar or the planet Venus, goddess of the human passions expressed in love and war..." Goddess of human passions... What a lovely way of refering to the precursor of the Virgin Mary. Instead the Jews give us...goddess of SEX! It's their own sickness every time that has "defined" us....and the saddest thing of all is to think THEY think they are Assyrians!!! --------------------- |
