...were set forth by Congress...I didn`t read the article but I know what Congress decided..or rather what the Mercury Spewing Industry decided for it...there can be all the mercury in you and your kids and the water as there needs to be for Mercury Spewing Companies, their Boards and Executive officers and shareholders, to get as rich as they can get...and this should be good enough for you because when they get rich and their yachts rise...your patched inner tube with you gasping for air in it will rise too ( as will all the floating turds in the ocean)...right where the sewage spills over into your mercury infested life.

Their wealth will keep America shtrong with Christian values...and don`t you want that? What`s the matter with you? Are you an unreconstructed CommieTerrorist?
