..they aren't the only ones...anyone voting at all is dumb..I mean expecting it to make a material difference in their lives. The vote went to the toilet long ago, rendered meaningless by what we allowed to happen with campaign financing. Everyone wants a monopoly, to consolidate, to ensure uninterrupted growth and cohesion...no one wants serious breaks in their pre-destiny. Corporations own everything...we let them once...but now they do and they've changed the Law enough with more to come so that it will be impossible to stop them using the Law and all the means left available to us..that's what scared them in the first place...Consumer Rights...environmental protection...clean air and water acts..these are impediments to their growth and they've convinced us that the only we get anything is they can get EVERYTHING.... The only power we have is economic...and it's the only thing they fear...refuse to buy anything at Christmas and watch their house of cards crumble...gasoline prices go up and they go out of business...the only way they're hanging on for the short term is by cutting health care, payro9lls, outsourcing scaling back or elminating pensions and then overtime pay etc. That and being able to get you your pants from China and Mexico....the American economy is a disaster waiting to happen...we're just being spoon fed images of wealthy couples vacationing and game shows where you too can win a million...but it's a fantasy.
