I swear these boys of ours were those spolied brats I remeber so vividly when I was a kid...the ones who would come visiting with their mommies and daddies...hairy parents who tried to compensate for the sorry seed they'd sown by catering to the little fucker in every way they could in the mistaken belief that if they never denied a DEMANDSES of the little beast he'd somehow change into a prince instead of a croaking toad.

What is this, "we DEMAND" business? Demand of whom? And on what basis? You'd swear a toy had been taken from them or they just plain wanted the toys of others and grew used to DEMANDING something be done about it and think to get countries and ambassadorships the same way.

I remember one such visit to our home from a Turlock family who should have tied their hairy brat to the gate instead of bringing him in among civilized folk. This ten year old kid got it into his head that I had to keep him occupied lest the precious dear get bored...my grandparents insisted I be polite to their guest while I wanted to go play football with my pals. I took the little fucker in the backyard and offered to toss him in the air and catch him...he was little but round...I couldn't toss him very high...unfortunately I couldn't catch him either...to make it seem more thrilling I got up on a chair...threw the dweeb as high up as I could and failed to catch him...I made sure we were over the concrete patio...he ran crying inside...his father drove to the McDonalds to get him another snack and I was excused...I think the kid was Aprim, who would grow up one day to make demands of the world.
