..but I'll let you in on a little secret...I decided to use colorful or "salty" language deliberately...because I think most of you are way too concerned with politeness as a fetish...a mannerism and not manners. I still say we'll get nowhere until we go outside the path we've been plodding in...and as you well know these boys are vulgar and dirty too...they just apologize and swear another day. Well, I don't apologize and I hope that we all become just a little more real...and also able to talk to someone who might use such language out there in the world, without hiking our skirts up and running for cover.

...It's good to have a bag of mixed tricks...or mixed nuts...take your pick. One message to the boys was that I can match them, vulgarity for vulgarity and do it better...as I can go toe to toe with them on any issue they care to discuss...what we've seen however is that none of them can deal with issues...at least not in new ways...they have a tape recording in their heads that plays the same dismal tune over and over and over...always ending with "this is NOT a recording...repeat, this is NOT a recording...repeat, this is NOT..." and so on.

...you don't have to. In fact some elevated thoughts from you would be refreshing...so far you've come on to sniff the air and find it "lacking"...so give a little. As to your observation that there is a time to fight...I would add.."when is that"? If you are serious, can you think of a better time to be fighting than now? Do you mean to tell me that after the Kurds have made it Kurdistan and all hell breaks loose with Turkey AND Iraq...THAT will be when these boys will leave Burbank to go fight?

If that's what you're claiming than I tell you there are vulgarities you don't mind stooping to...such as intellectual vulgarity. Do you seriously maintain that these boys will go back to fight someday? Or that their children will? I think not. I think once you've come to America and been Americanized...you will not go anywhere willingly to fight for anything. It's either a fond wish of your's...a childish fantasy in which you all find some fairy dust that will give you what you lack...or it's just a way of ridding yourselves of the shame you feel now, when your words are so far from your actions.

When you pick up a gun you stoop to all sorts of vulgarity...or maybe you don't know that?

While the statement..."Live to fight another day" has some meaning..."Golf to fight another day" has none.
