...yes and no. Consider which guys did this...is it any wonder? All a lack of balls do, biologically, is make you shoot blanks...you still can get it up...if you aren't too busy knitting...and you can be one mean son of a bitch...many generals in the old day were Eunuchs. But what it really indicates is how meek to the point of being ineffectual in EVERY way these boys are...

...To have "no balls" should just mean to be stupid. The priests of Cybelle would emasculate themselves...I guess there's enough pagan left in the boys to cut their own balls off too.

Maybe it's a blessing in disguise...the boys won't multiply...physically or intellectually.
