··· Please allow me to shaikhani? lol... I love the idea of the bonfire, drums, drinks, and dancing, but why should we discriminate against ourselves? Unlike the real Assyrian conventions, we won't be going JUST for shaikhani. It will just be a small part of the fun... and besides, if my 2 Assyrian friends from Chicago could teach our Mexican Friend how to do our dances, (and she enjoyed it), why not? lol

··· Rain stick? Sounds great... I wish I played guitar. Only piano...which isn't conductive to beach bon fire sessions...but I can sing...ask Farid or the 2 Assyrians from Chicago... one of them reads here from time to time.
