Hey you aren't far from the truth.

I heard that the son of a Bush has formed a 'Coalition of the Helping' to combat the aid war against the Tsunami. He's also declared that each country should decide whether they're with us - 'Coalition of the Helping' or against us.

Truth is the US has been shamed into open its purse strings after public opinion saw the richest country in the world sitting on the sidelines. Perhaps they were upset that Haliburton didn't have an aid arm that they could've awarded the uncontested country to. Anyway they're finally doing the right thing and have offered the equivalent of 3 days of war in Iraq funding to the victims of the Tsunami.
