You can't very well say you are a Jew who replaced yahwe with Buddha...or Muhammad...but that you're even MORE Jewish for having done so...at least Jews won't accept such nonsense...same reason I don't accept it when people say that by switching gods it really doesn't matter, they are STILL Assyrian. The very idea of being ASHURians MEANS you follow Ashur. There is no way you'd tell Christians, "listen, you can switch away from Christ and still be Christians...or even BETTER Christians". This is silly and Assyrian Christians are silly. Look at them." There are many "Jews for Jesus" that are Christian Jews. There are many Jews that are Budhists. The are many Jews who are Muslims, (Cat Stevens) for example. Your religious faith does not take away your national identity. --------------------- |
