...how much you wanna bet several made for TV movies go into hyper-production real fast? Heard the story of a guy who ran an orphanage, Christian born-again naturally...and his belief that God made the motor on his boat start at the first pull when before it had always taken five or six and how this enables him to save his 28 orphans. It's an event too good to pass up.

Like those Airport movies there'll be a misfit for every pallete...the movie star who lost her looks and went vacationing in Phuket to get in touch with herself...a marine colonel would be good too...he's been distraught over America's role in Iraq...has begun questioning Bush and duty but finds, in the swirling waters of the tidal wave, a metaphor for rampaging Islam...a mother and daughter who've lost touch with each other would be good...the girl is a spoiled brat from Beverly Hills who finds true love with a Sri Lankan boy when waves rip off her flimsy top...a business man or two would be good too...also a father and son who've grown apart...never bonded and will come out of the experience healed and energized.

All over the Islands Americans, ordinary Joes and Janes will commit acts of selfless heroism, because that's the way we like to think of ourselves...and of course there'll be a cell of Al Qaida guys, building bombs and slitting throats under a palm tree. And over it all will waft the aura of the biblical god...who will be credited with saving 57 people he happened to like and wanted to teach lessons to...while Allah will be blamed for starting the whole thing, killing 100,000...or something like that.
